After the development of the Investment Passport, this is the next step in establishing a systematic and professional promotional activity to attract investments to the economy of the territorial community.

Of course, effective work on investment attraction is impossible without effective measures to disseminate information about the investment opportunities of the territorial community to the target audience. This mainly includes the use of a wide range of marketing tools and work on the formation of a favorable investment climate. Marketing is also necessary to ensure that each potential community asset is developed as a distinct product, competitive with alternative products in other areas.

In turn, the basic condition for attracting investments is the presence of a high-quality and competitive offer. Any investment is local and, ultimately, the investor needs specially equipped real estate or a plot of land that will meet his requirements to carry out his activities. From the point of view of the territorial community, the issue of identifying and preparing land plots for attracting investment is a key and priority task, and the plots themselves are the main product for investment, in other words, this is what we can offer to potential investors.

That is why the Department of Strategic Development and Investment, together with the Department of the City Economy, with the involvement of colleagues from specialized departments and departments of the Rivne City Council's Executive Committee, developed a Catalog with an optimal set of industrial land plots of the "Greenfield" type, which by their characteristics are the most attractive to a potential investor.

In the near future, the Catalog will acquire a paper form, produced in Ukrainian and English, for the possibility of presentation at international events and during official meetings.
