A pre-tender meeting was held within the framework of the project on the reconstruction of the municipal infrastructure of the city of Rivne

Today, a pre-tender meeting was held within the framework of the project "Reconstruction and restoration of the municipal infrastructure of the city of Rivne to support the urgent needs of internally displaced persons", which is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union, with the participation of NEFKO, as an executive organization, within the framework of the NIP Program "EU Support for Urgent needs of accommodation of internally displaced persons in Ukraine".

As part of the project, energy-efficient and necessary auxiliary measures will be implemented at two facilities in the city of Rivne - Rivne Educational and Rehabilitation Center "Osoblyva dytyna» and Pre-school education facility "Center Paginets".

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Customer (Capital Construction Department), the project coordinator (Department of Strategic Development and Investments of the Department of Economic Development), the Garde consulting company, and representatives of potential Bidders.

During the meeting, the specifics of filling out and submitting the tender documentation were discussed, and potential Bidders had many questions regarding the details of filling out the price lists.

We remind you that potential Bidders have until 10:00 a.m. on December 20, 2022 to submit tender documents.
