Library Branch No. 10 of the Rivne Centralized Library System, in partnership with the Department for Strategic Development and Investment of the Department of Economic Development, has submitted an application to participate in the “eMistechko – The Third Place” program supported by the EVZ Foundation.
The project envisions the transformation of the library into a modern youth and cultural space – “The Third Place”, which will combine the functions of a traditional library, an educational and cultural venue, and an inclusive environment for children, young people, seniors, and internally displaced persons.
The implementation of the project aims to provide access to modern knowledge, digital services, and cultural practices, promoting intergenerational dialogue, social cohesion, and civic engagement.
The eMistechko Program supports cultural institutions that strive to become open spaces for everyone — places where social interaction, exchange of ideas, and collective action take place.
