The Rivne community has started the process of comprehensive thermomodernization of Lyceum No. 8, and soon work will begin at Lyceum No. 13. Thanks to the financial support from the European Investment Bank, the subproject "Implementation of Energy-Saving Technologies in Rivne's Municipal Infrastructure" is being carried out.
“This project is not just about comfort and energy conservation, but also about prospects. We are already going through the entire process of cooperation with the European Investment Bank, while other communities are just starting this process,” said Viktor Shakirzyan, Secretary of Rivne City Council. “This opens up new opportunities for us to attract investments, create jobs, and improve the quality of life in Rivne.”
The implementation of this project will improve the external appearance of educational institutions (transforming them into modern, energy-efficient buildings for the comfort of students, teachers, and staff). It will reduce CO₂ emissions and contribute to environmental preservation. Additionally, it will reduce the city budget's expenses for energy consumption.
