Rivne plans to build a water pipeline in the Tynne neighborhood with support from the European Investment Bank

On June 18, a meeting took place between representatives of the Department for Strategic Development and Investments, the Department of Capital Construction, and representatives of the UNDP to discuss the project "Construction of a water pipeline with connection to the centralized water supply system in the 'Tynne' neighborhood of Rivne city (Phase I)." A field visit to the Tynne neighborhood was also carried out.

This project is being implemented within the framework of a broader initiative in cooperation with the European Investment Bank.

The working design provides for the construction of a water pipeline in the area of Tynnivska, A. Malynovskyi, and Ivanova Streets, as well as the provision of water supply to subscribers near School No. 17 on Tynnivska Street.
As a result, water supply will be ensured for:

  • Number of subscribers: 1,800 units
  • Population covered: 5,400 people
  • Number of internally displaced persons (IDPs): 140 people
