Thanks to the work carried out by the department for strategic development and investments, the management of the city economy and the management of communal property of the executive committee of the Rivne City Council, and thanks to the professional support and participation of colleagues from the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions, a "road map" has been developed for the implementation events aimed at presenting the investment opportunities of the Rivne City Territorial Community, namely objects attractive from the point of view of investment (brownfields).

Brownfields are parks that are created on the basis of previously existing industrial sites, usually equipped with buildings, structures and infrastructure. Attracting investments includes both acquisition and lease of existing facilities. In many cases, this approach is preferable because the structure is already in place, which not only saves a lot of money for the business, but also avoids certain steps required to build new facilities, such as building permits and connecting utilities.

This form of attracting investments involves conducting an inventory of available resources, accumulating and processing information that will show the attractiveness of the territorial community for investments. Thanks to the close cooperation between the specialized departments of the Rivne urban territorial community and the Regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions, a list of investment-attractive objects (will be systematically updated) that the territorial community can offer to potential investors was formed.

Given the fact that the relevance of information about each object can change in a fairly short period of time, data about them will be published in real time:
  • on the website of the Department for Strategic Development and Investments https://invest.rivne.ua in the sections "News", "Investment proposals" and a map with their geolocation, where, in addition to information, it will be possible to visualize the location of each object;
  • on the website of the City Economy Department http://economy.rv.ua/;
  • on the website of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for the Rivne and Zhytomyr Regions http://www.spfu.gov.ua/;
  • on the Facebook pages of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment, the City Economy Department, the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine for the Rivne and Zhytomyr Regions;
  • Telegram channels of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne and Zhytomyr Regions t.me/rivne_spfu.
