Viktor Shakiryzyan, the Secretary of the Rivne City Council, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the NGO "School of Political Analytics - POLIS."
The NGO "School of Political Analytics - POLIS" is implementing an initiative to develop a methodology for assessing the readiness of communities to integrate veterans and their families. The program is being implemented with the support of UNDP in Ukraine, the Government of the Netherlands, and the EU as part of the "EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine" project.
Project analysts will help spread modern approaches in forming a roadmap for veteran policy within the community, assist in creating a unified approach to veteran policy at the local level, improve the effectiveness of veteran services, and harmonize relations within the community.
"I am confident that signing this Memorandum will allow us to jointly conduct educational, social, and cultural events, implement joint projects, and raise the overall level of civic awareness," said Viktor Shakiryzyan.
