Yesterday, a pre-tender meeting was held regarding the implementation of energy modernization in two preschool education institutions of the Rivne City Council, No. 57 and No. 7.
Representatives from the companies "Garde," "GreenGarde," the Department of Strategic Development, the Department of Capital Construction, and seven potential tender participants took part.
It is important to note that today at 12:00, the deadline for submitting requests from potential participants to the tender committee for obtaining the relevant tender documentation for completion expires.
Meanwhile, the final deadline for submitting tender proposals from participants to the contracting authority (Rivne City Council’s Department of Capital Construction) is August 1, 2024, at 12:00. The opening of the tender proposals will take place on August 1 at 14:00.
As a reminder, the energy modernization of the mentioned educational institutions will be carried out with GRANT funds – in April this year, the Investment Committee of the NEFCO financial corporation decided to increase the grant to 3,496,114 euros for the implementation of the project "Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Street Lighting in Rivne." (The total grant amount is 4,696,000 euros).
