Today, the Secretary of Rivne City Council, Viktor Shakyrzian, and the Head of the Department of Strategic Development and Investments, Volodymyr Muliar, participated in the conference "Improving the Management of Municipal Property: Initiatives and Best Practices." During the event, the Acting Mayor signed a memorandum of cooperation with the USAID/UKaid project "State-Owned Enterprises Reform Activity in Ukraine" (SOERA).
For our community, this partnership is an opportunity to enhance transparency, efficiency, and the quality of municipal property management.
Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the management team, community representatives will participate in training sessions, workshops, and experience-sharing activities. They will also contribute to developing and implementing an action plan with SOERA consultants and update the necessary documentation to optimize municipal property management.
As part of the project, the Rivne community will receive up to $50,000 to implement modern asset management solutions.
