HOAs and housing cooperatives can participate in the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program for energy independence and energy efficiency of their buildings.
Starting from July 20, they can apply to one of the program’s partner banks and receive a loan of up to 5 million UAH for up to 5 years at an annual interest rate of 7%. The funds can be used to purchase energy-efficient equipment, solar power stations and related equipment, as well as heat pumps.
The "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" program will work in combination with the Energy Efficiency Fund programs ("EnergyDім" and "GreenDIM"). This means that HOAs and housing cooperatives can receive up to 70% of the project cost after its implementation.
